Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Cancelling your subscription will stop the renewal process, but it will not grant a refund for the current billing period.
- Manual Refunds: If you believe there was an error in your subscription or purchase, we do offer manual refunds. Please email us at service@piclumen.com with the subject line “Billing,” and include the email address associated with your PicLumen account and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and will manually process refund requests that meet our criteria.
