Lumens are the credits used on PicLumen. Each image and video generation or editing action will consume a certain number of Lumens depending on the models used.

Yes, Lumens do expire. Lumens included with your subscription plan refresh every monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. However, Lumens purchased separately (including any bonus Lumens) are valid for one full year from the date of issuance. Make sure to use them before they expire so they don't go to waste!

Yes. We have free Lumen every day for experience features. Please fully experience the product before subscribing. Subscriptions are not refundable. Canceling a subscription means that you will not be subscribing from the next period, but it does not amount to a refund of your current subscription. Upon cancellation of the subscription, all benefits are retained until the end of the subscription period.
